Goltens Worldwide and WE Tech Solutions Oy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly promote, sell, and deliver advanced marine retrofit projects aimed at improving vessel energy efficiency and reducing emissions.

Goltens Dubai has launched Captain Arctic, a near-zero-emission exploration vessel designed for sustainable cruising in fragile polar regions. Built with SELAR and CNOI, the 69-meter ship uses wind and solar power to cut CO₂ emissions by up to 90%. The project underscores Goltens’ commitment to innovation and maritime decarbonization.

Goltens Worldwide and IPCO Power and have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to jointly support shipowners in achieving more efficient and sustainable fuel operations.
The partnership combines IPCO Power’s proven fuel homogenization technology with Goltens’ extensive global engineering and service capabilities, offering shipowners a fully integrated solution – from 3D scanning and technical design to installation, commissioning and long-term lifecycle support.

Goltens and Qtagg have partnered to launch two marine-approved replacement actuators—the ASAC 120 and ASAC 420—designed to extend the life of large diesel engines and turbines facing obsolescence. With a compact, maintenance-free design and compatibility with legacy systems from major brands, these new actuators offer shipowners and land-based facilities a fast, reliable retrofit solution, ensuring continued performance with modern digital engine control.
