RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Responsible for business development towards Goltens’ range of services including identifying and developing business strategies through exhausting opportunities in both International & domestic Customer.
o Responsible for maximizing a high level of profit margin and ensure meeting the pre-set sales target.
o Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments
o Conduct sales presentations & technical discussion.
o Perform sales visits and develop new accounts with strategies to increase market shares in Marine, Offshore, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Industry.
o Perform sales forecasting, contract negotiations and quotations to customers.
o Provide proactive leadership, ownership and taking responsibility in the customer / sales team environment for discussions on technical solutions proposed by Company in a manner that gains credibility with its clients
o Draw up sales and marketing plans and assuring that the Company is achieving its full sales potential; and, fulfilling its obligations under the terms of its Sales and Service Agreements for superior representation and total customer satisfaction.    
o Customer follow-up to assure that all potential customers are handled in a manner conducive to maximizing the company goals for sales penetration, profitability, and customer loyalty.  
o Responsible to successfully resolving Customer Complaints and with the implementation of the policies, procedures, and processes necessary to being recognized for superior customer satisfaction.

MANDATORY SKILL:

o Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in the area of diesel equipment sales and   marketing from the reputed company.
o Exposure to good customer base from the marine, offshore, power plant in India and overseas.
o Control the expenditure leakages and maintain net profitability as agreed.
o Good communication Proficiency.
o Good Presentation Skills Power point /CRM/ other software
o Problem Solving/Analytical thinking
o Good communication, presentation skills
o Excellent organizational and time management skills
o Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
o Analytical and data driven problem solver

DESIRED SKILLS:

o Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
o Experienced in gathering user requirements and documentation of functional specifications.
o Enthusiastic can-do attitude, highly self-motivated, result oriented, detail oriented and a well-developed sense of drive.
o Web application project experience preferred.
o Willing travel in India and overseas.
