Goltens Rotterdam B.V. is a part of the international Goltens Group. Goltens is a service organization which is active in de shipping, on- and offshore, petrochemical industry, wind- and energy market. With a specialized team Goltens is operating ‘on site’ to perform all kind of machining with specialized tools. Next to that we arrange the service and maintenance of diesel engines and the supply of its spare parts. Our premises in Spijkenisse is equipped with a big workshop of 4.000 m2, in which engine components will be overhauled and our special tools will be designed & manufactured.

About the position

As Sales Administrator you will provide back-up and support to the Sales department. Your contact with customers and suppliers is mainly in English, by phone as well as via e-mail. You will receive inquiries for the supply of spare parts, create quotations and will be responsible for the follow-up of this. All administrative tasks related to the Sales dept. you are able to take care of independently.The colleague we are looking for likes variety as the job consist of various range of responsibilities. The ability to properly organize and to create structure is of great importance in this regard.

Tasks

  • Customer- and supplier contact in English
  • Inquiries; preparing and follow-up of quotations
  • Order monitoring
  • Debtor management
  • Organizing transport and logistics
  • Administrative support of standard adminitrative processes

What we ask

  • MBO-level, experience in the maritime industry is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Dutch & English language; verbally and in writing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with ERP-systems
  • Service-oriented and socially skilled
  • Independent and flexible
