Goltens has opened a new workshop in Surabaya, Indonesia on the 25th Nov 2011. Goltens workshop in Surabaya is located in Angtropolis Industrial and Commercial Estate in Jalan Margomulyo Raya hat is near to the seaport of Tanjung Perak, which is the second busiest seaport in Indonesia and PAL Shipyard, the largest shipyard in the country. The workshop will provide specialised services, i.e. repair and maintenance services of Governor (as Woodward AISF), InSitu Machining and Diesel Services. The workshop is around 600 sq mtr. The setup of the workshop is intended to sustain and grow turnover for the specialised services in Indonesia and also by being closer to customers particularly in Surabaya areas and in eastern part of Indonesia in general, Goltens can improve its services with more responsive and timely manner, and ensure delivery of Goltens typical high quality services. It is the Goltens  strategy to open small workshops over a period of time in Indonesia to have close proximity to the customer and further develop the market.
