We are continually improving our processes, best practices and services by constantly measuring performance and progress towards targets and objectives each aimed at ensuring our customer requirements, specifications and expectations are exceeded at an agreed cost, on schedule wherever and whenever required. As a result of our tenured and proven ability to efficiently utilize our global network of repair stations, Goltens has secured a highly respected, worldwide market position. Nearly 1,000 employees, in 11 counties in 18 service stations around the world are focused on meeting the complex and changing demands of our marine and land based customers. This focus has increased our global recognition and market share in the worldwide maritime community. We have expanded our range of services, our affiliations with other suppliers into the marine markets, our management skills and our geographic coverage. Our most recent business developments include opening sales stations in Ho Chi Min City - Vietnam, Doha - Qatar and Kobe, Japan. These stations will start as representation centers and will be developed into full service workshops in the future. Goltens’ business development activities in the Far East includes a consolidation of our separate Trading and Repair businesses into a more efficient operation into an expanded 3,000 sqm workshop and trading hub, under a single roof with a scheduled opening for Q3 2006. These are only a few examples of our global business development initiatives which have been strategically developed and implemented allowing Goltens to offer our specialized services to our expanding customer base in a more efficient and responsive way.
